Thank you for booking a consulting suite with us, we look forward to having you in the building.

A few things here before you get started and a couple of things to note while on site.

1. Please complete this Casual Room Hire Agreement prior to your booking, that we will hold on file; only required for your initial booking.
2. Please email [email protected]
   1. a copy of your professional registration
   2. a copy of current professional indemnity & public liability insurance

  • 7:30am-8.00pm M-T
  • 7:30am-6:00pm Fri
  • 8-2pm Saturdays
  • If your booking is within these hours, you will not be required to open or close up as the reception staff in the Physio clinic on Level 1 will do it
